Where to begin??? Gene and his son Brandon are a rare bread of true passionate mechanics that know how to fix cars the right way. No nonsense and fair price. Have a classic Range Rover and these guys are the best in town by far. Super friendly family business. Give them a try

I wouldn't touch this transmission company with a 10 foot pole. Mona the owner was extremely disrespectful to me - she treated me like garbage. My 2008 Saturn Vue was up on hydraulics and unbeknownst to me the frame was rusted. This made me feel very unsafe. I spoke to Mona last Spring and she was rude to me as I wanted a $2,000 refund for the poor workmanship. A good friend of mine heard the rumbling. I am forever grateful to him. There are no stars for this supposed company. Drop me the funds ASAP. Gene the manager has my phone number and contact information.

Great customer service, communication, and reasonable pricing! Had to get my transmission replaced - the swell crew at R&R made the whole process as painless as humanly possible. Gene & team are just awesome folks.

Really enjoyed my experience with Gene at R&R. He was honest, friendly, and fixed my car issue within 36 hours of me dropping it off. I went in nervous, thinking I needed a new transmission on my Subaru and found out it was only spark plugs. What a relief, and I appreciate the thorough assessment he did to make sure I could get my car back in time to get it on the road for a 5 hour trip to see family. Highly recommend R&R for anyone looking for car repairs (not just transmissions).

Gene and crew at R & R, were thee only capable ASC certified and willing auto mechanic shop. To address my failed rear end, in my 08 Jeep grand Cherokee in which he not only found us the best deal for the best price but also put up the money for the part before being paid by the warranty company! They knocked it out in ample time!! And he replaced a bolt on part with in the insurance clause in which we all know they don’t usually cover. He went far and beyond for me and my newborn! In which at the time we’re in an extremely tight spot and difficult situation. Fixing the damage and making the transition seem less as possible. This man has bent over backwards for many with very reasonable pricing!! He deserves all the recognition respect & appreciation that the world has to offer. Thank you Gene & crew! Sincerely, Jen & Gatlynn
